Job Description

Role Description The Senior Vice President Finance is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading the organization’s overall financial strategy and operations. This role oversees financial planning and forecasting, prepares and reviews financial statements, and ensures timely, accurate financial reporting to executive leadership and stakeholders. The SVP Finance will guide budgeting processes, monitor cash flow and capital allocation, and maintain internal controls and compliance with relevant regulations. This position partners with cross-functional leaders on strategic initiatives, evaluates business performance using financial and analytical insights, and leads, mentors, and develops the finance team.
Qualifications

Strong expertise in Finance, including corporate finance principles and strategic financial leadership.
Demonstrated experience in Financial Planning, budgeting, and forecasting to support long-term business growth.
Advanced knowledge of Financial Statements and Financial Reporting, including regulatory and management reporting.
Excellent Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide clear, actionable recommendations.
Proven experience leading finance teams, with strong people management and mentoring capabilities.
Track record of implementing effective financial controls, risk management practices, and compliance frameworks.
Ability to collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams, with strong communication and presentation skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA) or professional certification (CPA, CFA) is preferred.
Experience in remote leadership and comfort working with distributed teams and digital collaboration tools.
