Senior Warehouse Supervisor

About the Role

The Senior Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and performance of warehouse operations supporting medical device products, service parts, and inventory. This role ensures accurate inventory management, efficient product and parts flow, timely receiving and shipping, and high levels of operational readiness for field service, sales, installations, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the day-to-day performance of warehouse operations supporting medical device products, service parts, and inventory.
• Ensure accurate inventory management.
• Maintain efficient product and parts flow.
• Oversee timely receiving and shipping.
• Maintain high levels of operational readiness for field service, sales, installations, and customers.

Required Skills

• Strong warehouse leadership experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of medical device products.
• Parts management experience.
• Inventory control expertise.
• Cycle counting experience.
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems.
• Experience working within an ISO 13485/FDA-regulated environment is highly desirable.
