Job Title: SEO/AEO Content Operations Manager

Location: San Jose, CA // Hybrid

Hybrid: 3 days in the office

Duration: 9 Months Contract

1. SEO/AEO knowledge and hands-on experience with content optimization, search best practices, and AI-powered search environments.

2. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, drive cross-functional reviews, follow up consistently, and keep projects moving forward.

3. Analytical thinking and attention to detail, with the ability to evaluate performance data, identify opportunities, and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations.

Job Description:

3+ years of experience supporting SEO, content marketing, digital marketing, or content operations initiatives.

Familiarity with SEO best practices, keyword research, content optimization, schema markup, and search performance metrics.

Understanding of Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and AI-powered search experiences.

Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and track projects across cross-functional teams.

Excellent organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.

Experience working with content management systems (CMS), marketing platforms, and SEO tools preferred.

Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality assurance and process improvement.

Adobe Analytics

SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar SEO platforms

Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or other CMS platforms is a plus
