Team Lead (Restaurant & Cantina)
Lead daily floor operations in a high-energy Mexican restaurant and cantina. Coordinate and support servers, hosts, and bar staff to ensure smooth service, guest satisfaction, and consistent standards for hospitality, cleanliness, and performance.

Key Duties
- Oversee opening/closing responsibilities
- Coordinate team members to maintain efficient floor flow
- Handle guest concerns and resolve issues promptly
- Support training and onboarding of new team members
- Assist with cash handling as needed
- Model service excellence and ensure compliance with cleanliness standards
- Strong hospitality and guest service skills
- Reliable, leadership-oriented, and able to lead by example
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
- Ability to coordinate staff and uphold service quality under pressure
