Key Responsibilities

• Blend delicious, nutritious smoothies that delight our guests
• Greet and engage guests to provide a friendly and welcoming experience
• Prep fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids with care
• Perform opening and closing duties and complete store checklist tasks
• Assist in managing team members during shifts, ensuring smooth operations
• Handle cash, inventory, and store assignments accurately and responsibly
• Promote and live the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King
  
  

Essential Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a restaurant or retail customer service role
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and general POS systems
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to give and receive feedback
• Highly reliable with strong time management skills
