Team Leader (Food & Beverage Operations)

Lead restaurant operations in a fast-paced environment and support the Restaurant General Manager by managing shifts, directing crew members, and delivering exceptional guest service. Ensure food quality, speed, and accuracy while upholding cleanliness, food safety, and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

Coach and guide team members to maintain performance and service quality
Monitor food preparation for consistency, accuracy, and speed
Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant restaurant environment
Uphold safety procedures, guest-focused service, and brand standards
Support basic inventory management and cash control
Promote an inclusive, accountable workplace with clear development pathways
