$17.75-$18.00 PER HOUR

Job Summary: Picking customer orders, ensuring quality products get shipped out in the correct quantities.

Essential Functions

Must adhere to the following policies: Employee Safety, Food Safety and all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s).

Utilizes Quick Pick to pick orders accurately.

Organizes product within store crates as orders are picked to ensure quality products reach the customer upon delivery.

Understands the distinction between a deli and produce item.

Understands the labeling system of each store and how it matches up to the sequence in Quick Pick.

Clocks in and out on time and when required.

Job Requirements

Must be teamwork oriented.

Must understand the importance of On Time, In Full.

Time management skills

Able to read and write in English

Great attention to detail

Ability to perform basic mathematical addition and subtraction

Ability to detect problems and report information to appropriate personnel

Ability to solve problems

Physical Demands

Ability to lift over 50 lbs. repeatedly

Ability to stand, bend, kneel, lift, push and pull

Ability to withstand temperatures under 40 degrees for extended periods of time

Wet environment

Withstand high noise level

Able to work overtime
