Job Overview

As a Site Reliability Architect (SRE) - Founding Engineer at Meetsta, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the reliability and scalability of our services. Job Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant systems.
• Develop monitoring, alerting, and incident response strategies to ensure reliable service delivery.
• Collaborate with development teams to enhance application performance and reliability through best practices.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and deployment processes to enhance efficiency.
• Perform root cause analysis for production incidents and drive improvements to prevent recurrence.
• Establish and enforce Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Facilitate the implementation and enhancement of CI/CD pipelines.
• Mentor and guide engineering teams on SRE principles and practices.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or related fields.
• Proven experience designing and operating large-scale distributed systems.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or Java.
• Experience with cloud service providers (AWS, GCP, Azure) and container orchestration systems (Kubernetes).
• Solid understanding of networking concepts, systems architecture, and storage technologies.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or similar.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
