Job Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage scalable and reliable infrastructure to ensure system stability and performance.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to facilitate rapid and safe software deployments.
• Monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and respond to incidents to reduce downtime.
• Automate repetitive operational tasks to enhance efficiency and reduce human error.
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to establish best practices for site reliability.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system architecture and procedures.
• Participate in on-call rotations and lead incident management efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in site reliability engineering, DevOps, or software engineering roles.
• Strong understanding of cloud services and technologies, especially AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in programming or scripting languages such as Python, Go, or Bash.
• Deep knowledge of performance monitoring and alerting tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with a collaborative approach.
