Job Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable and reliable cloud infrastructure.
• Develop and implement monitoring solutions to detect and resolve service outages and performance issues.
• Create automated tools for deployment, scaling, and management of applications in cloud environments.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure production readiness of new features and services.
• Drive incident management processes and lead post-mortem analysis to foster continuous improvement.
• Establish and document standard operating procedures for software operations at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or related fields.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Go, or Java.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
• Proficiency in containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, Ansible).

Technologies & Tools

In this role, you will interact with a diverse set of technologies and tools, including cloud solutions (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform), containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes), automation and configuration management tools (Ansible, Terraform), monitoring and logging solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack), as well as programming languages such as Python and Go.
