WebstaurantStore is seeking a skilled Site Reliability Engineer - Automation (SRE) to join our growing team. In this remote role, you will focus on enhancing system reliability, maintaining efficient and highly available services, and driving automation initiatives. Job Responsibilities

• Build and maintain robust automated systems for deployment, monitoring, and incident response.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure frequent and reliable software updates.
• Monitor system performance using monitoring tools and proactively troubleshoot issues.
• Develop and enforce best practices for performance optimization and system reliability.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve system stability and efficiency.
• Participate in on-call rotations to respond to critical incidents and maintain uptime.
• Create documentation and runbooks for supported systems and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in site reliability engineering, system administration, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation languages (e.g., Python, Bash).
• Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructures (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef is preferred.
• Strong understanding of networking, security, and system architecture.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
