Job Overview

Job Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable and reliable cloud infrastructure using AWS services.
• Manage and enhance CI/CD pipelines for seamless software delivery.
• Monitor system performance and implement proactive measures to prevent outages and degradation.
• Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot application issues and optimize performance.
• Apply AI and ML techniques to automate operations and improve system functionalities.
• Develop and maintain documentation of processes, standard operating procedures, and system configurations.
• Participate in on-call rotation to support production environments and respond to incidents.
• Continuously evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to improve system reliability and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of AWS cloud services, DevOps practices, and CI/CD tools.
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as Python, Go, or Bash.
• Understanding of networking, security, and system architecture principles.
• Experience applying AI/ML algorithms and tools to solve operational problems is a plus.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a keen attention to detail.
