Job Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable and reliable cloud infrastructure to support production applications.
• Develop and implement automation tools and frameworks for deployment and management.
• Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend system improvements.
• Collaborate with software engineering teams to ensure the reliability and performance of applications during the development lifecycle.
• Respond to system outages and incidents, performing root cause analysis and implementing preventive measures.
• Manage on-call responsibilities and devise incident response strategies.
• Document services, processes, and incident responses to foster knowledge sharing within the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in site reliability engineering, DevOps, or a comparable discipline.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or Java.
• Strong familiarity with cloud platforms, especially AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with configuration management and automation tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Puppet.
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Solid understanding of monitoring and alerting platforms like Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.
