Job Overview

Cypress HCM is seeking a skilled Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our dynamic team in a remote capacity. Job Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable and reliable infrastructure systems.
• Monitor system performance and expedite incident response to minimize downtime.
• Automate deployment processes and configuration management for efficiency.
• Develop robust monitoring and alerting systems to track service health.
• Collaborate with software development teams to improve service reliability and performance.
• Conduct post-mortem analyses of incidents and identify areas for continuous improvement.
• Participate in on-call rotation and provide support for critical production issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficient in scripting and programming languages (Python, Bash, Go).
• Solid understanding of networking concepts and operating systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
