Overview

The Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) at M3 USA will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing the stability, performance, and scalability of our systems. Job Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable distributed systems and services.
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and incident response processes to proactively identify and address issues.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve service reliability and performance.
• Perform capacity planning and ensure adequate resources are available in the infrastructure.
• Automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
• Participate in on-call rotations and incident management to resolve service disruptions.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to systems architecture and operational procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or similar roles.
• Strong experience with cloud infrastructure providers such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Ruby, or Bash.
• Familiarity with container orchestration tools, such as Kubernetes or Docker.
• Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, New Relic) and logging frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset for tackling challenges.
