Job Overview

Job Responsibilities

• Design and implement reliable, scalable, and efficient systems.

• Troubleshoot and analyze system issues, providing prompt resolution.
• Collaborate with development teams to streamline code deployment and improve uptime.
• Conduct post-incident reviews and lead root cause analysis efforts.
• Enhance incident response processes to minimize downtime.
• Develop documentation and training materials for new and existing systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a reliability engineering or operational role.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or Java.
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure as code (IaC) tools.
• Solid understanding of networking principles and system security best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Technologies & Tools

In this role, you will work with an array of technologies including but not limited to Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Kubernetes, Docker, Prometheus, Grafana, and Terraform. Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitLab CI will also be beneficial. You will utilize monitoring and logging systems to ensure operational efficiency and reliability.
