Job Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable systems and applications to ensure optimal performance in production servers.

• Monitor system performance and reliability, identifying areas for improvement and troubleshooting production issues as they arise.
• Collaborate with software engineering teams to build and deploy microservices and cloud infrastructures.
• Implement best practices for incident management, including post-mortem analyses and root cause investigations.
• Maintain documentation related to system architecture, processes, and configurations to enhance knowledge sharing across teams.
• Participate in on-call rotations to provide support and ensure continuity of services during critical incidents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Site Reliability Engineering or similar DevOps role.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Ruby.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of networking, security, and cloud architecture principles.
