Unreal Staffing, Inc. is seeking a highly qualified Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Manager to lead our SRE team in ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of our services. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving our SRE practices, managing operational efficiency, and enhancing the resilience of our systems. Job Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of site reliability engineers and drive initiatives to improve system reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with software development teams to design, implement, and maintain robust software systems.
• Establish metrics for availability, latency, and performance, and ensure continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement incident response processes and postmortem analysis to minimize downtime and enhance future responses.
• Manage system capacity, stability, and scalability, ensuring appropriate monitoring and alerting practices are in place.
• Promote a culture of automation by leading the effort to automate routine operational tasks.
• Work closely with DevOps and IT operations to streamline deployments and enhance CI/CD processes.
• Oversee disaster recovery planning and execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing and leading technical teams.
• Strong knowledge of cloud computing services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.).
• Advanced programming or scripting skills (Python, Go, Ruby, etc.).
• In-depth understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Solid experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
