Job Responsibilities

• Design and implement Kubernetes architectures that optimize performance and availability across multiple environments.
• Lead the migration of existing applications and services to Kubernetes and containerized environments.
• Develop and maintain guidelines and best practices for Kubernetes deployment, management, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with DevOps and development teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines and workflows within Kubernetes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in Kubernetes environments and improve system reliability.
• Research and evaluate new technologies related to container orchestration and cloud infrastructure.
• Mentor and train team members on Kubernetes best practices and architectures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering with a focus on cloud infrastructure, specifically Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of containerization technologies, including Docker, and orchestration frameworks.
• Proficient in cloud service models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and providers such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with Kubernetes security practices, networking, and service meshes like Istio.
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Go.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
