Job Overview

As a Senior Software Engineer in Test at KnowBe4, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our software quality through automated testing frameworks and processes. Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and testing scripts in alignment with the software development lifecycle.
• Execute test cases, document results, and provide actionable feedback to the development team.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and improve test coverage.
• Identify, record, and track bugs; work with teams to resolve issues efficiently.
• Mentor and guide junior Quality Assurance engineers in best practices and methodologies related to software testing.
• Participate in code reviews and provide input on testability and quality standards.
• Continuously improve testing processes and tools for better efficiency and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on test automation.
• Strong proficiency with programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
• Experience with automated testing tools like Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar frameworks.
• Solid understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, Git, or CircleCI.
• Proficient in writing clear and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
