• Conduct social media research to identify trends and gather competitive insights.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute promotional campaigns.
• Track and report social media metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Support the creation of graphic and video content to enhance social media posts.
• Help maintain the content calendar to ensure timely distribution of posts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in managing social media accounts or a related role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
