The Role

• Own the end-to-end social media strategy across major platforms, setting content pillars, goals, and growth initiatives.

• Ideate, create, and publish high-impact content that blends educational insights with market commentary and community-focused humor.

• Manage the content calendar, balancing evergreen material with time-sensitive market updates and breaking news.

• Lead the production of short-form video clips from live broadcasts, ensuring they are optimized for platform-specific trends and engagement.

• Oversee community management and brand sentiment, fostering an active and loyal audience while maintaining regulatory and brand standards.

What You'll Need

• 6+ years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing (or 4+ years with a master’s degree).

• Proven track record of managing a major social program, including strategy development and delivering measurable growth.

• Proficiency with graphic design, video editing software, and AI-driven marketing tools for ideation and analysis.
