The Role

• Manage daily social media operations, creating high-quality, original content including memes, commentary, and real-time market reactions.

• Monitor trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for timely content and market-related updates.

• Collaborate with product, marketing, and compliance teams to execute social campaigns and launch initiatives.

• Develop editorial systems and AI-assisted workflows to maintain a fast-paced, compliant posting schedule.

• Analyze performance data to optimize content strategy, grow audience reach, and increase engagement.

What You'll Need

• 3+ years of experience managing brand or creator social accounts with a proven track record of audience growth and viral content.

• Deep familiarity with prediction markets and active interest in sports, entertainment, politics, and finance.

• Strong copywriting skills with a direct, non-corporate style and experience producing short-form video content.

• Ability to iterate on content strategy rapidly based on performance metrics and stakeholder feedback.

• Experience utilizing generative AI with human oversight to improve workflow efficiency and content quality.

• Annual base salary of $140,080 – $164,800.
