Software Developer (Java)

Location: Remote

Duration: 12 months

REQUIRED SKILLS (RANK IN ORDER OF IMPORTANCE):

1. 7+ years of experience with Java

2. 7+ years of experience with HTML

3. 7+ years of experience with JavaScript

4. 7+ years of experience with JQuery

5. 5+ years of experience with EDI Transaction Sets (270/271, 276/277, 837)

6. 5+ years of experience with MongoDB

Soft skills Required: Effective Communication Skills (written and oral), Adaptability, Flexibility, Self-motivation, Problem Solving, Analytical Thinking, Time Management, Ability to work effectively in a stressful environment

PREFERRED SKILLS (RANK IN ORDER OF IMPORTANCE):

• Medicaid eligibility system/business operations experience.

• Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) experience

• Experience with JDBC

• Experience with SQL

• Experience with UC4

EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

CERTIFICATIONS:

Java J2ee Server and/or related J2EE certification preferred.
