Overview

The Software Development Engineer In Test 3 (SDET 3) at Actalent will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality of our software products. Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts and frameworks to validate product functionality and performance.

• Identify and analyze defects, work closely with the development team to prioritize and resolve issues.
• Enhance existing test suites and develop new tests to cover emerging use cases.
• Implement continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes to streamline testing workflows.
• Monitor and report on testing progress, risks, and quality metrics to stakeholders.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the overall growth of the testing team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.

• Extensive experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar frameworks.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
