Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test suites to ensure robust software quality.
• Collaborate with developers to understand application architecture and identify critical areas for testing.
• Execute manual and automated testing strategies across various platforms and environments.
• Analyze test results and provide detailed reporting to stakeholders, indicating product quality and readiness.
• Participate in requirement and design reviews to provide input on testability and estimates.
• Continuously enhance testing processes and tools for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
• Investigate and troubleshoot complex issues in the software and recommend solutions to improve performance.
• Mentor junior QA engineers on automation best practices and tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in software testing and quality assurance, with a focus on automation.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools, such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
• Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices and tools.
