Overview

Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks and scripts to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, analyze, and review test plans and test cases.
• Execute functional, regression, performance, and load tests to validate system performance under various conditions.
• Identify, document, and track software defects using defect tracking tools, and work closely with developers to ensure timely resolutions.
• Conduct code reviews and provide feedback on best practices in testing and quality assurance.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, tools, and best practices in software testing and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in software testing and automation, preferably in an Agile environment.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
• Experience with testing frameworks and tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing methodologies.
