  • Ability to operate independently, set priorities, and drive results with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in developing distributed data management systems such as NetApp ONTAP or similar platforms.
  • Advanced certifications in AWS, GCP, or OCI.
  • Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
  • Familiarity with cloud monitoring, logging tools, and automation practices.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of NetApp's existing data management and storage solutions within cloud environments, including their interdependencies and limitations.
  • Participate in all phases of the product development lifecycle, including designing, coding, testing, automating, debugging, and supporting software solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features that enhance product capabilities and customer experience.
  • Translate vague or undefined requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications through research and analysis.
  • Operate independently to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results while managing multiple projects.
  • Engage in peer-to-peer knowledge sharing and continuous learning to foster a culture of innovation and improvement.
  • Support ongoing product maintenance, troubleshoot customer issues, and contribute to resolving complex technical challenges.
