Software Engineer

The Role

• Develop and support Java-based systems within a mature platform and established codebase.

• Build new services and add features to existing services with an emphasis on reuse and modernization.

• Apply agentic development workflows to produce, review, test, and refine code.

• Collaborate within a highly senior engineering team.

What You'll Need

• Senior-level software engineering experience with strong production-level Java.

• Hands-on agentic development experience using AI agents to actively produce and iterate on code.

• Ability to explain a repeatable agentic workflow from task definition through code generation, review, testing, and integration.
