About the Opportunity:

The SOFTWARE ENGINEER II - GROWTH role focuses on driving user growth and enhancing customer experiences by developing engineering solutions that improve customer acquisition, onboarding, and product adoption. This position plays a vital role in expanding the reach and effectiveness of the company's financial automation products.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable, robust distributed systems and SaaS applications.
• Collaborate with multiple feature teams and product managers to implement growth initiatives.
• Design and optimize database schemas for SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Gradle.
• Leverage Gen AI technologies to accelerate software engineering processes by designing prompts, evaluating outputs, and integrating large language models.

Requirements:

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience developing software systems in large business environments using Java.
• Experience with AWS services such as ECS, Lambda, SQS, SNS, S3, and Kinesis.
• Proficient in database design for Oracle, MySQL, and DynamoDB.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Salary ranges vary by geographic location, from $110,500 to $156,000 USD.
