Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks and tools to enhance software quality.
• Design, implement, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Collaborate with software developers and product managers to review and clarify requirements.
• Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate testing tools.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to testing best practices.
• Contribute to the development of continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Mentor junior testers and facilitate knowledge sharing within the testing team.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance test automation strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing and test automation.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
• Experience with test automation tools like Selenium, TestNG, or JUnit.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of version control systems, preferably Git.
