The Software Engineer in Test at Aditi Consulting will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of software applications through the development and execution of robust testing strategies. Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts to ensure high quality software deliverables.

• Integrate testing processes into Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Conduct performance and load testing to ensure the application’s robustness under various conditions.
• Document test cases, test results, and maintain test documentation to provide visibility and traceability.
• Participate in regular code reviews and contribute to testing best practices and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in software testing with a strong focus on automated testing.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
• Experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium, TestNG, or JUnit.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar platforms.
