Job Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts to ensure software functionality and performance.
• Collaborate with software developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and clarify expectations.
• Identify, document, and track defects in the software, providing detailed reports for resolution.
• Participate in design and code reviews to promote best practices and enhance code quality.
• Conduct thorough regression testing to validate functionality following updates, enhancements, or bug fixes.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
• Assist in the development of testing strategies for new features and enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in software testing, particularly in automated testing.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
• Experience with testing frameworks such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.
• Familiarity with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices and tools.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
