Job Responsibilities

• Execute manual and automated tests, identifying and documenting software defects and inconsistencies.
• Work collaboratively with development teams to understand software requirements and propose testing strategies.
• Analyze testing results and provide actionable insights and recommendations for quality improvements.
• Continuously enhance testing processes and methodologies for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
• Assist in performance testing and load testing of applications to ensure robustness and scalability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in software testing, quality assurance, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
• Experience with automated testing tools like Selenium, QTP, or TestComplete.
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
