Job Description

We're partnered with an early stage AI company offering a highly competitive total package and meaningful equity, giving you the opportunity to share in the growth of a business you help build.

You’ll build environments and evaluation tools that test how AI agents handle complex tasks, alongside the backend systems that make experiments reliable and repeatable.

We’re interested in people with:

Elite programming and software engineering fundamentals.
Experience building backend services, APIs or reusable engineering tools.
Experience with automated testing, validation or data quality checks.

Particularly relevant experience includes:

Containers, isolated execution environments and reproducible workflows.
Parallel processing, task scheduling or distributed systems.
ML evaluation, synthetic data pipelines, simulation or agent tooling.

You don’t need experience in every area. We’re looking for elite engineering fundamentals, ownership and the ability to learn quickly.
