Software Engineer

Software Engineer, Applied AI Research

AI Technology Company | Remote (US & Canada) | $180,000–$400,000 + Equity

We’re working with a fast-growing, well-funded AI technology company to hire talented engineers who want to push the boundaries of applied AI and build innovative, AI-powered products.

In this role, you’ll experiment with cutting-edge AI technologies, rapidly prototype new ideas, and turn promising concepts into production-ready solutions. You’ll work on agentic AI systems, LLM applications, automated evaluation frameworks, and generative image and video technology to transform marketing and customer experiences.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong software engineering skills, particularly in backend architecture and system design.
• Excellent quantitative and probabilistic thinking, with a creative, experimental mindset.
• Experience building products or systems from concept to production.
• Strong product intuition and the ability to solve ambiguous, real-world problems.
• Experience in AI/ML, LLMs, or generative media is a plus, but not required.

Why consider this opportunity?

• Work on cutting-edge AI challenges with direct customer impact.
• Join a high-growth company backed by leading investors.
• Earn $180K–$400K in annual base salary plus meaningful equity.
• Work remotely across the US and Canada, with optional office locations.

We value engineering excellence, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to turn innovative ideas into real products over research credentials alone.
