Software Engineering Manager

The Role

• Lead and manage a team of engineers to innovate and deliver distributed software systems for critical mission functions.

• Own the team's roadmap, gathering requirements, prioritizing projects, and ensuring software quality and system delivery.

• Develop and mentor engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering professional growth.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system functionality and deliver integrated solutions.

• Drive operational excellence by identifying areas for improvement and initiating changes to enhance productivity.

What You'll Need

• 3+ years of experience in engineering team management.

• 7+ years of direct experience working within engineering teams.

• 3+ years of experience designing or architecting new and existing systems.

• Experience partnering with product or program management teams.
