You will lead engineers across multiple experience levels, combining people management with hands-on technical guidance and delivery ownership. The role focuses on developing reliable, scalable, and secure automation systems using Python, Selenium, OpenCV, and Microsoft Azure. You will establish engineering standards, guide architectural decisions, and promote agile practices that improve delivery speed and software quality. Working closely with operational, clinical, and executive stakeholders, you will translate business needs into effective technical solutions. Your leadership will help engineers grow professionally while ensuring production systems meet the demanding reliability, privacy, and compliance requirements of the healthcare industry.
