Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Java and JavaScript frameworks.
• Design and implement testing strategies that meet project requirements and timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and define testing protocols.
• Execute and monitor automation tests, reporting and tracking defects as necessary.
• Conduct regression testing and performance testing for diverse software releases.
• Enhance existing automated testing frameworks to improve efficiency and coverage.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to testing processes and results.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in software quality assurance, focusing on automation.
• Proficiency in Java and JavaScript, with hands-on experience in automation frameworks such as Selenium, TestNG, or similar.
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving capabilities.
• Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.

Technologies & Tools
