• Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives, to ensure quality considerations are integrated into the development process.
• Assist in the establishment and enforcement of quality standards and best practices within the organization.
• Automate testing procedures where applicable for efficiency and coverage.
• Provide comprehensive reports on testing activities, including metrics that demonstrate the software's quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in software quality assurance or testing.
• Proficient understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
• Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
