PVcase is seeking a detail-oriented Software Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to join our remote team. Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for software applications.
• Conduct thorough manual and automated testing to identify software defects and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the development team to review technical specifications and enforce quality standards throughout the software lifecycle.
• Report and document defects using relevant tools, ensuring they are addressed in a timely manner.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to provide insights on testing and quality improvement initiatives.
• Perform regression testing and validate fixes for identified issues, ensuring an optimum user experience.
• Continuously evaluate and enhance QA processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years experience in software quality assurance testing.
• Proficiency in both manual and automated testing methodologies.
• Experience with testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of software development and testing lifecycles (SDLC, STLC).
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
