Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with software developers to resolve issues and improve product quality.
• Participate in design and code reviews to enhance testability and quality from the outset.
• Maintain and update testing documentation, including test plans and test case repositories.
• Continuously assess testing processes and tools for potential improvements.
• Train and mentor junior test engineers and other team members as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation tools such as Selenium or similar technologies.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycles and methodologies including Agile and Scrum.
• Experience with defect tracking tools such as JIRA or Bugzilla.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and database testing practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
