Job Overview

Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute detailed test plans and test cases for various software applications.
• Perform manual testing as well as automated testing using industry-standard testing tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers and product managers to understand requirements and provide feedback.
• Identify, document, and track defects and bugs using bug-tracking tools.
• Conduct regression testing and ensure that existing functionalities remain unaffected by new releases.
• Participate in code reviews and design reviews to provide testing insights.
• Contribute to the development of testing processes and frameworks to improve testing efficiency.
• Prepare and deliver detailed test result reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience in writing and executing test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios.
• Proficiency in using automation testing tools such as Selenium, QTP, or similar.
• Understanding of programming languages like Java, Python, or C# is preferred.
