Job Description
Assist students with disabilities in a school setting by supporting individuals and small groups with classwork, behavior plans, IEP goals, daily routines, and personal care as needed.

- Support students in achieving IEP goals during classroom activities and routines.
- Help implement behavior plans and promote positive student conduct.
- Assist with personal care tasks when required.
- Provide support to students in small groups to help them access learning.
- Collaborate with teachers and related staff to support student progress.
- Use basic computer applications to support classroom needs.
- Help maintain a safe, inclusive classroom environment where all students can participate.
- Understanding of supporting students with disabilities and learning needs.
- Ability to follow behavior plans and support IEP goal implementation.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Comfort with personal care support and maintaining student dignity.
- Basic computer skills.
