Job Overview

iClassPro is seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Senior AWS DevOps Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and management of our cloud infrastructure, ensuring that our applications are up-to-date, secure, and scalable. Job Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain AWS cloud environments, ensuring high availability and scalability of applications.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using tools such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
• Automate deployment processes and manage Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues in collaboration with development and operation teams.
• Implement security best practices to safeguard cloud infrastructure and applications.
• Optimize cloud costs through effective resource management.
• Document processes, procedures, and architecture for ongoing knowledge sharing within the team.
• Conduct performance tuning and capacity planning for cloud resources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and drive continuous improvements in performance and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in DevOps practices and principles, with a strong focus on cloud technologies.
• In-depth knowledge and experience with AWS services, including EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, and VPC.
• Proficiency in various scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or similar.
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and related project management tools.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer) are preferred.

Technologies & Tools

The Senior AWS DevOps Engineer will work with a diverse set of technologies and tools, including but not limited to AWS services, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Ansible, monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus and Grafana, as well as version control systems like Git.
