Tential Solutions is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Azure DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing and maintaining our cloud computing services, fostering a culture of continuous improvement through automation and robust practices. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the adoption of DevOps methodologies, optimize deployment pipelines, and ensure the scalability and security of our applications on the Azure platform.

Job Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for applications hosted on Azure.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance and availability across cloud services.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate DevOps best practices within their workflows.
• Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Azure Resource Manager or Terraform.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and perform vulnerability assessments of deployed services.
• Manage Azure cloud resources and services, ensuring effective utilization and cost management.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members regarding DevOps practices and tools.
• Document processes, procedures, and architectural decisions to maintain a knowledge base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a DevOps role with a strong focus on Azure services.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python.
• Deep understanding of containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Azure Monitor, Prometheus, or Grafana.
• Strong knowledge of networking, security, and Linux/Windows server administration.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
