Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with development teams to automate infrastructure and deploy applications efficiently.
• Monitor cloud performance and optimize costs by analyzing usage patterns and resource allocation.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.
• Stay current with emerging cloud technologies, trends, and best practices, and assess their applicability to the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering or related roles.
• Expertise in at least one of the major cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong proficiency in cloud infrastructure orchestration tools, such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Cloud certifications (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, GCP Professional Cloud Architect) are highly desirable.

Technologies & Tools

In this position, you will work with a variety of technologies and tools, including but not limited to AWS and Azure cloud services, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Ansible, CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI, and monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and CloudWatch.
