Overview

The Senior Cloud/DevOps Engineer at Dice will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines. Job Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable and secure cloud architectures for applications.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate code deployment and integration processes.
• Manage and optimize container orchestration platforms, such as Kubernetes and Docker.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability of services.
• Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Collaborate with development teams to migrate applications to cloud environments.
• Automate routine tasks using scripting languages and configuration management tools.
• Ensure compliance with security best practices and govern cloud usage effectively.
• Participate in on-call rotations to provide maintenance and support for cloud services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in DevOps or cloud engineering roles.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
• Hands-on experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
• Familiarity with programming and scripting languages, such as Python, Bash, or Ruby.
• Knowledge of networking concepts, cloud security, and monitoring tools.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in a cloud environment.
