As a Senior Compensation Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping competitive, equitable, and financially responsible compensation strategies across a global organization. You will transform complex workforce and salary data into actionable insights that guide strategic pay decisions and support business objectives. Working closely with Human Resources, Finance, business leaders, and compensation specialists, you will lead market benchmarking, job evaluations, and annual compensation programs. You will develop advanced analytical models, dashboards, and executive-ready reports to identify trends, assess risks, and improve compensation outcomes. Beyond core compensation activities, you will help modernize processes through automation, AI-enabled tools, and innovative data solutions.
