Overview

Inadev is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team in a 100% remote capacity. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing CI/CD pipelines, automating infrastructure, and fostering collaboration between development and operations teams. The Senior DevOps Engineer will play a crucial role in optimizing our deployment processes, improving overall system performance, and driving the adoption of best practices across our engineering teams.

Job Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline and automate deployment processes.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and applications.
• Manage cloud infrastructures and automate configurations using cloud service providers such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Monitor and troubleshoot systems to ensure high availability and optimal performance.
• Implement security best practices in all aspects of DevOps tasks.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to system architectures, processes, and procedures.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in DevOps and continuously improve existing tools and workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a DevOps role or related position.
• Strong proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Ruby.
• Extensive experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
• Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Solid knowledge of cloud services and architectures, specifically AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Technologies & Tools

The Senior DevOps Engineer will work with a diverse set of technologies and tools, including but not limited to AWS, Azure, GCP, Terraform, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git, and monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools related to Agile project management will be beneficial in this role.
